Simona – Trust in Good Times and Bad

Our Lady of Zaro to Simona on March 26th, 2021:

I saw Mother; she was dressed in very light gray, on her head was a delicate white veil and on her shoulders a long very light blue mantle; on her chest she had a heart of flesh crowned with thorns. Mother’s feet were bare, resting on the world; her arms were open in a sign of welcome and in her right hand she had a long Holy Rosary. May Jesus Christ be praised…

My dear children, I love you and am beside you. Little children, love the Lord; be ready to say your “yes” to Him, be ready to accept the cross, be ready to be humble instruments in God’s hands. My children, do not only invoke the Lord in moments of pain, but praise Him and thank Him for all that He gives you every single day. Love Him, children, and let yourselves be loved. My dearly beloved children, do not turn away from the Lord in times of pain and need, but turn to Him with greater strength, with greater ardor, and He will not delay in coming to your aid. It is in pain that you must ask the Lord for strength: it is there that you must cling to faith; but if you do not strengthen your faith with the holy Sacraments—with Eucharistic adoration—your faith will falter, and in such moments you will fall. Pray, children, pray.

My children, it is easy to praise and love the Lord in moments of joy and serenity: it is in need and pain that true faith is seen, it is there that you must remain united with the Lord and say your “yes”, accepting your cross, offering your pain to Him, and He will give you the strength to face and overcome all things. I love you, children, I love you with an immense love. Now I give you my holy blessing. Thank you for having hastened to me.

So we are always of good courage; we know that while we are at home in the body
we are away from the Lord, for we walk by faith, not by sight.
(2 Cor 5:6-7)
