Manuela – Look to Jesus!

Saint Charbel to Manuela Strack on May 22, 2026:

I see Saint Charbel floating before us in a beautiful light. He is accompanied by Saint Rafqa,[1]Saint Rafqa (1832-1914); cf. vatican.va who also appears in a beautiful light; as well as by a nun, who is holding a large bouquet of red roses in her hands. She is Saint Rita [of Cascia],[2]Saint Rita of Cascia (c. 1371-1447); vaticannews.va whose feast day we celebrate today, and I now see a wound on her forehead. The two women nod their heads at us and smile. Saint Charbel says:

In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.

Look to Jesus! Through His great sacrifice of love, which He made for you on the Cross, Pentecost — the outpouring of the Holy Spirit — became possible, and time and again the Holy Spirit, this Spirit of truth, pours Himself out upon you when you ask for this from your heart.

Do you actually know what Jesus did for you? No one has ever made a greater sacrifice of love… and look how many saints have followed Him! May they be your compass in life [directing you] to the Lord.

Love sanctifies, and sin leads to ruin. This has always been and will remain so. Look to the saints; they walked the path to Jesus, which you, too, can walk. The Lord does not close His heart when you turn to Him. What matters is not how you lived before you came to know Him — what matters is your turning to Jesus! Look upon Him in humility, He who has done such great things for you, and make time for Him, for He gave His life for you.

Holiness is not impossible, for look how many saints there are who can show you the Way. The world and the spirit of the age (Zeitgeist) despise holiness, for they both celebrate ruin. These sisters walked the path of holiness with me. The number of unknown Christian martyrs is very great. Through their blood, the Church is purified.

Pray for peace, pray for the Christians in Lebanon. Pray for the Middle East! Do not listen to the call of the powerful; listen to the call of the Lord! We will take your concerns before the Lord’s Throne.

Saint Charbel takes his leave together with the two holy nuns and says that he will bless us later with the priest.
